Honeymoon!!

We finally booked our Honeymoon!! After much debate about whether or not we were going to wait to do our honeymoon. We decided to leave 3 days after the wedding. So that we get a breather before hopping on a plane to Costa Rica!

I have heard such amazing things about Costa Rica and am so excited to hike, explore the beaches and see some turtles! Larry really wants to see the turtles.

Woohoo! Wedding is just around the corner!

2 Months to go!

I cannot believe we only have two months left to go. Larry says that there is "plenty of time" left to plan and finish everything. I agree but I'm certain the wedding day will probably be here in the blink of an eye.

Finished up the wedding programs last week worked on our first and second batch of Jam this past weekend! WE HAVE 161 Jars of Strawberr JAM!!!  I'm having a little too much fun planning this wedding!!

Mason Jar Center Pieces

I have collected about 8 blue antique mason jars. I know the trend right now is using mason jars for weddings. Why not they're so cheap? Not the antique ones! They usually cost about $10 each.

Anyway we are planning on about 15-16 reception tables. So I found a great tutorial on how to stain glass on Pinterest.

Now we have a total of 18 large mason jars some old and some newly painted today! Can you tell the difference?

Less then 3 months to go!

Happy Easter to everyone!

I cannot believe that we have less then 3 months to go until the big day!! The invitations went out a couple of days ago and I am giddy with excitement to receive the RSVP's back.

A surprise craft project is in the works for all those cute RSVP tags that my mom and I made....

SOoo much to do and the weekend is just oh so short!

Flower Shopping

Today my Mom, Wendy and I jumped in the Mini and drove down to the the local flower grower in Nipomo, California. We had so much fun meandering through the different walk in refrigerators full of flowers.

There are so many beautiful flowers out there! We got some great ideas for color combinations and flower combinations. Loving the ranunculus!

I brought some ranunculus home along with a beautiful English Rose and put them in one of the many Vintage Blue mason Jars I have for the wedding.

Wedding invitations!

The wedding invitations are almost done!! Our puppy Lucy is trying to help and Patches is supervising!

4 months to go!

We have about four months to go until the wedding. Starting to feel a little stress but really just getting more excited!!

Working on putting our invitations together! Delegating rentals of tables and chairs to Larry. And figuring out logistics.
